Client Satisfaction is company's main objective and seems to be understood and acted upon by the main departments. Accordingly a fairly well integrated quality control system is in place.

The QC starts from pre-mining stage and continues up to shipping stage.

The fairly detailed quality control plan is backed up by a mechanical sample preparation facility (having Jaw Crusher, Roll Crusher and Pulverizer ) and a modern laboratory having capability for both conventional wet chemical analysis as well as instrumental analysis.

The QC is managed by a separate department, also controlling laboratory, having qualified and trained people, who report directly to the management. QC department reports are used to plan operations, cargo dispatches and ship loading regularly.

With the help of this rigorous QC they are able to control the quality of each shipment.
